This one is also tack glued to the
cardboard with Elmer's so it will need
to be sprayed with water before removal.
It's packaged in it's own box with Styrofoam attached to hold it down. Carefully cut the line along the bottom and lift up.
We sandwiched the roof sections in between two pieces of cardboard with foam on top.

The red box contains the trolley for the overhead crane. I glued the crane bridge in but didn't figure the booms would hold up too well swinging around during shipping.

The bubble wrap packet contains the bays doors & assembly instructions.

The mounting board is packed in the very bottom of the box.
I wasn't real pleased with my etch job on the circuit boards but they are totally functional. The solution was too cold. They are just tacked in with Elmer's also, should an LED ever need to be replaced. That isn't supposed to happen before over 100,000 hours of use though.
We looked at different shipping providers and, if I punched in the correct information & it doesn't change in the next hour or two, came up with the following quotes for a 25" x  25" x  25", 19 Pound Box, Shipped from 75964 to 07731, with a value of $400.00.
